I saw something in person at Adorn or on Instagram that is not listed online…Can I still order it?
Yes! If you saw a product in person or in our Instagram feed that is not listed online you can give us a call to order at 774.316.4245. There may be a chance it is no longer in stock, but give us a call and find out. If you plan to order multiple items including ones that are listed online, have the names of the items ready and we will process the whole order over the phone.

How quick will my order ship? and how will it be shipped?
Orders typically get shipped within 1 business day (we love our post office across the street!), but please allow up to 3 business days for shipment. If you are ordering a “made to order” piece of Molly Avellar Jewelry, the item description will state if it is a made to order piece, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment (see split shipment info below). We ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-day shipping and provide tracking information. If you need expedited shipping please contact us either by phone or email. We do not ship internationally.

What is the “split shipment” option at checkout?
If an item in your order is “Made to Order” (the only made to order items we list are certain pieces of Molly Avellar Jewelry which are made in-house at Adorn) and you would like to have the rest of the items in your order shipped before “Made to order” items are completed you can select “Split Shipment” at checkout. This will create two different shipments for your order. Otherwise your entire order will ship once the “Made to Order” piece are completed. Molly does try her best to complete made to order pieces as soon as possible, and often they will ship out sooner than 2 weeks.

What is the “In-Store Pickup” Option at Checkout?
Exactly what it sounds like! If you live locally, or are planning to visit and would like to pick up your order you can select this at checkout .Please call us at 774.316.4245 or email us at contact@adorncapecod.com to let us know when you plan on picking your order up at our shop at 211 Main Street, East Orleans, MA. Check the bottom of our page for current hours.

Is everything on the website in stock?
99% of the time everything that is listed on the website is in stock… In the off chance that an item is sold in store before it has been taken off the website we will contact you immediately.  “Made to order” items are occasionally in stock but please allow up to 2 weeks for the handcrafting process before shipment.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site uses the secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt all pages where you enter your address, phone number, credit card or other personal information. We never store your credit card information and take every possible precaution to protect the security of our customers information.

Do you sell gift cards?
Currently gift cards are available in-store only.

How can I have my products carried at Adorn?
If you are an independent designer or maker and are interested in having us carry your work check out our product submission page HERE. 

 

-Returns-

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Please email contact@Adorncapecod.com or call us at 774.316.4245 for return pre-authorization and to receive our return mailing address and a return code that must be included in the order. Adorn is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments so please package and insure accordingly.

* Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging.
*Shipping Costs are non-refundable
* If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct the shipping charges from the refund.
* Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
* All sale items are final.
